　Full version of one of the three Japanese scientists （Isamu Akasaki， Hiroshi Amano， Shuji Nakamura） awarded the 2014 PHYSICS NOBEL PRIZE for the development of blue LED lights. Prof.Nakamura paved the way to achieving practical application of blue diodes.
