【SDGs】誰もが“働く喜び”を感じられる未来を目指す

障害のある人に就労機会を提供し、生産活動を通してその技術を学びながら収入も得られる福祉施設をつくった松本光一さん。これまで、障害のある人たちが抱える性の悩みの解決に取り組んできた中で、彼らが働く環境にはさまざまな課題があることを知り、この取り組みを始めました。障害のある人たちにとって、挑戦したい仕事のできる喜びが、周りの人の喜びにもつながっていることを感じてもらいたいと語る松本さんの思い描く未来とは？

Mr. Koichi Matsumoto created a social welfare facility that provides employment opportunities for people with disabilities, allowing them to learn skills through productive activities while also earning an income. Having previously worked to address the sexual health concerns of people with disabilities, he realized the various challenges they face in the workplace and began this initiative. Mr. Matsumoto says that he hopes people with disabilities will experience the joy of pursuing meaningful work, and that this joy will, in turn, bring happiness to the people around them. What kind of future does he envision?
