Mr. Susumu Hosokawa, who typically designs bags for emergency medical use, created a randoseru backpack that opens and closes easily with one hand thanks to a magnetic fastener. The project began when he set out to design a randoseru backpack that his own grandchild, who was born with a disability affecting their right hand, could use. Through this initiative, he aims to support other children and their families who struggle with standard randoseru backpacks, just as his grandchild once did. Mr. Hosokawa says that he wants to work to ensure that every child can attend their elementary school entrance ceremony with a smile on their face. What kind of future does he envision?
